50th anniversary edition of the International Agricultural and Food Exhibition, Agrokomplex 2025 (Nitra, Slovakia)

The 50th anniversary edition of the International Agricultural and Food Exhibition, Agrokomplex 2025, held in Nitra, Slovakia, saw a significant turnout, with 92,158 visitors attending the five-day event. The exhibition, which ran from September 3rd to September 7th, 2025, showcased the offerings of 525 exhibitors from nine different countries.

This jubilee year of the largest agricultural and food fair in Slovakia provided a comprehensive overview of the latest trends and technologies in the sector. The exhibition grounds covered an area of 134,568 square meters.  Alongside the main exhibition, the event also included the 18th National Exhibition of Farm Animals and the “Hunting, Forestry and Fishing” exhibition.

The event served as a significant platform for professionals in the agricultural and food industries, as well as for the general public, to connect and learn about advancements in the field. The program was enriched by various accompanying events, including discussions and presentations on crucial topics for the future of agriculture.

The event started with the ceremonial opening of the exhibition, which was also attended by the President of the Slovak Republic, Peter Pellegrini, representatives of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, the Government of the Slovak Republic, departmental and professional food, agricultural and hunting organizations.
